Openhouse in San Francisco and the Los Angeles LGBT Center's Senior Services anchor affirming senior life in the state's two largest metros, with community centers, housing and social programs. These are good first calls when you are getting the lay of the land, even before you move. Outside those areas, ask your local Area Agency on Aging what LGBTQ+ programming exists nearby.
