Rhode Island Medicaid funds long-term care for those who qualify, with long-term services and supports delivered through an integrated managed model. Older adults who do not financially qualify for Medicaid may use the At Home Cost Share program, run by the Office of Healthy Aging, toward in-home support, adult day services or assisted living.
